Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Patina Aura Youth.

Because our bracelets are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, size preference, color variation, or normal natural variation in agarwood and enamel details.

Natural differences in bead color, wood grain, scent intensity, enamel details, and handmade finishing are part of the product character and are not considered defects.

However, we will review and resolve eligible issues in the following cases:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@patinaaurayouth.com.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing:
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-returnable items:
Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for refund or replacement.
